Description

Runofeeds, a growing feed production company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Nutritionist to join its operations team as a Production Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily feed production activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production standards in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day feed production processes
• Ensure proper formulation, mixing, and processing of feeds in line with nutritional standards
• Monitor raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational procedures within the production unit
• Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Nutrition, Animal Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in feed production or a related field
• Good knowledge of feed formulation, production processes, and quality control standards
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
