The Pediatric Association of Nigeria (PAN) seeks a dynamic and skilled project Manager to lead a crucial focused on increasing the capacity and capabilities of immunization champions and improving immunization coverage, specifically addressing challenges related to Rotavirus, Human Papillomavirus and pneumonia vaccines

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja

Skill and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Good stakeholder management
• Deep critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data management and use of statistical analysis software
• Effective risk management
• Proficient in project execution and delivery

Experience & Qualification

• Practical project management experience in similar-sized ventures
• MBBS degree from a recognized university with a minimum of a Master's degree in Public Health.
• Project management certification (desired)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress against plan, identifying and resolving deviations
• Manager risks and contingencies to ensure project success
• prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Utilize project management tools to enhance efficiency and communication
• Present evaluation reports to stakeholders.
