Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Health Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing public health projects, participate in research, and gain hands-on experience in health promotion and disease prevention strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of public health projects and initiatives.

Support data collection, analysis, and presentation for research and reporting purposes.

Participate in the development and dissemination of health education materials.

Contribute to the organization of workshops, seminars, and other community outreach activities.

Collaborate with team members on literature reviews and evidence-based practice evaluations.

Help in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of public health programs.

 

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Public Health, Epidemiology, Environmental Health, or a related field.

Strong interest in public health, community health, and health promotion.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a public health setting is a plus but not required.
