Role Overview
- Provide on-site medical support, health surveillance, and emergency response services for plant employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer first aid and emergency care; coordinate medical evacuations.
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical screenings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
- Facilitate health promotion and wellness programs.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers for referrals.
SMART KPIs
- Response Time: Achieve average emergency response time less than or equal to 5 minutes.
- Screening Compliance: 100 percentage of scheduled screenings completed on time.
- Record Accuracy: Maintain greater than or equal to 98 percentage accuracy in medical records.
- Wellness Participation: greater than or equal to 80 percentage employee participation in health programs annually.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 5 years’ nursing experience, including 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
