Job Title: Senior Medical Doctor - Digital Health

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and well-rounded Senior Medical Doctor with a strong background in digital health.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working abroad, providing them with a global perspective on healthcare.
• This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead, innovate, and drive our medical team to new heights while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinical aspects of our digital health initiatives.
• Provide expert medical guidance and support for the development and implementation of digital health solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, product development, and operations to integrate medical expertise into our offerings.
• Mentor and support junior medical staff and provide continuous medical education.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and in media as needed.
• Engage with patients and medical professionals to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

 

Requirements / Qualifications

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in digital health or related fields are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in clinical practice with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Demonstrated experience working in digital health companies.
• International work and study experience, preferably in developed healthcare systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring medical teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of global healthcare trends and digital health innovations.
• Ability to adapt to the local healthcare environment in Nigeria while bringing a global perspective.
