We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Medical Officer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Specific Responsibilities

• Improves both the efficiency and quality of the program.
• Coordinates and supervises the functions of the project.
• Designing a health service delivery system by streamlining health care services
• Making plans, policies & regulations that can improve community health
• Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery; identify and define new and innovative strategies to achieve health care delivery systems.
• Active engagement in business development opportunities to include presenting business and clinical capabilities to key constituents.
• Provides leadership in the areas of strategic planning, strategy execution, and implementation of care management programs.
• Team management

Requirements

• MBBS and MDCN Certificates.
• Must be a Registered Medical Doctor with a valid License to practice in Nigeria
• Must be familiar with HMO and NGO operations in Nigeria
• Must possess previous business leadership experience

Job Skills:

• Experienced in providing support in the implementation of medical interventions (especially primary health care)
• Record of engaging and working with communities on health care management and services
• A broad understanding of public health and care management
• Sound delivery of presentations for workshops
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
