Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist (Biotechnology)

Location: Yaba, Lagos

About the Role

• An innovative biotechnology firm is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive business growth within the life sciences and biotechnology market.
• The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to build and sustain client relationships while achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the biotech and life science sector.
• Present and promote technical products and solutions to clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• M.Sc Degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related life science field.
• 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.

• Competitive, commensurate with experience.
