A fast growing Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) needs enterprising and goal- oriented staff for the vacant position of:
Job Title: Chief Health Officer (Operations)
Location: Nigeria
Requirements
• Doctors with experience in the HMO industry wanted for top level management and leadership positions.
• Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of marketing and operations of H.MO in Nigeria.
• Must be sound in private health insurance, capitation policies, TPA, TISIP, MHIP, community health insurance, and school social health insurance.
• Position requires skills in Provider network, case management, quality assurance, client services, client enrollment, claims management, financial reporting, revenue management, underwriting, business management and manpower development.
Experience
At least 5-10 years at senior management level.
Qualification
All candidates must have MBBS plus MBA, MPH, or any advance Degree in Business & Management.
Remuneration
N7, 200,000 -7,500,000 P.A.
