Job Title: Assistant Operating Officer (Nurse)
Location: Nigeria
Job Descriptions
To assist in management of day to day operations at the clinic.
To maintain health records, documenting each patient’s contact and updating patient profiles.
To check equipment and supplies and raise requisitions when necessary.
To ensure confidentiality during visit and telephone contact, as well as patient records
To give medication to patient after proper assessment
To encourage health maintenance and promotion through counselling.
To take history and check necessary vitals of patient on each visit.
To follow up on clients through phone calls.
