AWOYE HEALTH INITIATIVE is the brainchild of the 2016 Carrington Youth Fellowship InitiativCYFI (www.cyfinigeria.org) is an initiative of the United States Consulate General in Lagos, with the aim of bringing together youth with exceptional skills and experience to design and implement projects that will have a positive impact on the Nigerian Society. The initiative is presently in its 5th year of existence. 

 

AWOYE HEALTH INITIATIVE is currently on a maternal and child health intervention in Oworosoki community, Lagos state. We are seeking volunteers doctors, nurses, lab scientists, pharmacists and every other interested person for a one day free medical services outeach for children and pregnant women. 

 

We will offer free malaria screening and treatment,pregnancy counselling, mass deworming exercise, child health consultation and other services.
