Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa (HIFASS) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) with its head office in Abuja. HIFASS has a mission of enhancing population health in Africa by collaborating with partners to promote public health HIFASS and its partners are interested in hiring qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:

Capacity and Organizational Development Advisor 

Available Position: 1 

Position Type: Full time 

Report To: Program Director/DCOP

Location: Calaber

The Capacity and Organizational Development Advisor will work under the overall guidance of the Program Director to address Organizational capacity assessment and develop tailor made approaches to build individual organizations capacity.

Minimum Requirement

• Universit degree in Public Health or similar social discipline. 

• Build technical capacity of local partner organizations in strategic planning, financial management, resource mobilization and HRM.

• Must have knowledge of theories, concepts and approaches relevant to capacity building OVC Care and Support system. 

• Ability to work closely with CSO partners, governemnt agencies and commitment to network mission

• M & E experience, computer proficiency will be an added advantage.
