Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates for the under-mentioned position at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba, Lagos which will become vacant College of Medicine, University of Lagos 

Post: CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR 

ELIGIBILITY: Interested candidates must have the following qualifications:

i. Candidate must be a Medical or Dental Practitioner registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria

ii. Candidate must be a fellow of either the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or West Africa Post graduate Medical College in the applicant's specialty or equivalent College applicant's specialty or equivalent college of Nigeria

iii. Candidate must have served as a Consultant in a University must have served as a Consultant in a University Teaching Hospital for a minimum of five (5) years.

iv. Candidate must have considerable cognate experience as a clinician and medical researcher.

v. Candidate must have cognate administrative experience preferably in a Teaching Hospital 

vi. CANDIDATE ABOVE 56 YEARS BY 30TH NOVEMBER 2014 NEED NOT APPLY

SALARY & ALLOWANCES: Salary and allowances will be in accordance with Public Service Salary Structure for this category of officer
