Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa (HIFASS) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) with its head office in Abuja. HIFASS has a mission of enhancing population health in Africa by collaborating with partners to promote public health HIFASS and its partners are interested in hiring qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:

Civil Society/Community Monbilization/Public private partnership Advisor

Report To: Program Director/DCOP

Organization: CAACA/SUCCDEV

Location: Calaber/Abakaliki

S/he will provide technical inputs to plan, implement and monitor progress of sustainability initiatives. Develop a plan for uninterrupted provision of services. Particularly s/he will contribute to the project's efforts to harness public private partnership initiative and private sector engagement for OVC service delivery. Design and oversee implementation of incentives for graduating households. Conduct advocacies for strengthening relationships with Local Partners to ensure Country Ownership and sustainability.

Minimum Requirement

• BS/BA in managment, social Sciences, public health or a related field with 5-7 years post national youth service corps experience.

• Demonstrable facilitation and interpersonal skills are essential 

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proven experience in building and manitaining institutional linkages and public private partnership is required 

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
