1. A medical degree - MB,BS or MBChB

2. A license to practice medicine from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and a current practicing license.

3. Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College, West African College or any other relevant specialist qualification body in Family Medicine.
