Members of Association of Medical Laboratory Scientist of Nigeria (AMLSN), Oyo State branch, has been charged to discharge their duty professionally, in compliance with 21st century expectation.
The charge was made by the state chairman of the association, Kehinde Akeem Adegoke, during the 2018 annual scientific conference held at the Western Hall of the state House of Assembly. Adegoke, in his address, said it was imperative that the practitioners discharged their duty professionally as a way of promoting the profession in the 21st century.
Speaking on the theme: “Strengthening Medical Laboratories and Medical Laboratory Scientists Towards Public Health Emergencies and Epidemics Management,” Adegoke said the 2018 edition of the annual scientific conference marked the second introduction of the programme by the association in the state, adding that it was an additional means of making positive impact on the public and raising awareness on topical health issues.
