Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified pharmacist for one year training programme in internship Pharmacy 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must possess the doctor pharmacy or bachelor of pharmacy degree, bachelors degree in Radiography (B. RAD), Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory sciences (BMLS), Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications plus provisional registration with the pharmacists council of Nigeria (PCN), Radiographers REgistration board of Nigeria (RRBN), medical laboratory science council of Nigeria and as well as show evidence of possession of provisional practising licence as the case may be.

 

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

As applicable in other tertiary health institutions in the country

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested candidates who meet the above minimum requirements are to collect application forms from the office of the Ag. Medical Director, Federal mMedical Centre Owo on payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand naira only

 

CLOSING DATE

ALL completed application forms with relevant credentials must reach the Ag.Medical Directors office not later than two weeks from the date of this advertisement ie on or before 12noon, Monday 30th January 2017
