The Federal Ministry Of Education Support Services and Department Evaluation and Accreditation Division located at the 8th Floor, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase III, Abuja, P.M.B. No. 146 in a secret memo written to the President/Founder of Maryam Abacha American University of Niger has accredited the school to run Doctoral Degree Studies starting from 2016/2017 academic session.

 

The memo tittled: "RE: MINISTERIAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF DOCTORAL DEGREE STUDIES AT THE MARYAM ABACHA AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF NIGER (MAAUN), MARADI, REPUBLIC OF NIGER" and dated 8th June 2017 and signed by Amudipe, G. 0. For the Honourable Minister read as follows: 

 

I am directed to acknowledge the receipt of a letter through Diplomatic Channel Ref. No: 040/MESR/1/SG/DGE/DL/DESPRI of 12th April, 2017 in a letter Ref.No:CW.11/3/VIII dated 315t May, 2017 in respect of the Ministerial order authorizing the opening of Doctoral Degree studies at Maryam Abacha American University of Niger by the relevant authorities of the Republic of Niger and to inform you that the Ministry has noted the authorization for you to open Doctoral Degree courses in the following courses starting from 2016/2017 academic session; 

 

The Courses Include:

• Ph.D in Nursing Science, 

• Ph.D in Public Health, 

• Ph.D in Computer Science, 

• Ph.D in Political Sciences, 

• Ph.D in International Relations, 

• Ph.D in Business Administration, 

• Public Administration, 

• Ph.D in French Language.
