In a memo tittle: REQUEST FOR SUBMISSIONS OF UPDATED DETAILS BREAKDOWN OF OUTSTANDING LIABILITIES ON SKIPPING AND RELATIVITY ALLOWANCES IN THE HEALTH SECTOR AGENCIES, and signed by Anthony Hassan, Director (Finance & Accounts) for the Honourable Minister, the Federal Ministry of Health on the 20th of April 2017 had written to the Medical Directors of Teaching Hospitals, Medical Directors of Federal Medical Centers, 

Medical Directors of Federal Specialist Hospitals, Chiefs Executives of Institutions, Boards and Councils. The details of the letter includes: 

 

I write to kindly request you to forward updated details breakdown of your Agency outstanding liabilities on Skipping and Relativity Allowances to the Ministry for compilation and onward transmission to the Ministry of Finance for further necessary action. 

 

Your submissions should be forwarded to the Budget Division email on or before 12:00 noon, Thursday 27th April, 2017 to facilitate timely compilation.
