The Federal Government has expressed delight at efforts of Philanthropists and International Agencies who are desirous of identifying with the objectives of the present administration particularly in the areas of health and human capital development, which remains one of the critical focus of this administration.

This position was made known by the Honourable Minister of State, Health, Senator Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora when he received in audience a team from Sir Emeka Offor Foundation, a humanitarian based Non-Governmental Organization geared towards the upliftment of the welfare of the less privileged, at his office, the Federal Ministry of Health Headquarters in Abuja on 26th August, 2019.

The Honourable Minister of State said, “Partnerships like these are welcome and will be of immense benefit to Nigerians”. He commended the positive efforts of the Foundation towards the health sector particularly now that Nigeria is working towards the attainment of a polio free certification. The Minister of State said that, “such contribution is highly welcomed because government cannot do it alone”.
