The former registrar and CEO of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), Prof. Anthony Emeribe has been nominated into the membership of the World Health Organization’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on In-Vitro Diagnostics (SAGE-IVD).
Prof. Emeribe, a serving member of the World Governing Board on Strengthening Laboratory Management Toward Accreditation (SLMTA) over the last three years, is the only African amongst the 15 member group of experts. The SAGE IVD acts as an advisory body to World Health Organization on matters of global policies and strategies related to IVDs.
