In a leaked internal memo dated and signed on 17th April 2018, copied to the MD and HOCS, the head of Nursing Services FMC Birnin Kebbi Farouk U. Abdullahi in the memo titled "Notice on Indefinite Strike Action'' stated that...
"I am directed to inform all the Chief of Nursing Officers and unconfirmed staff Nursing Officers to come out on duty during the strike period and those who doesn't Want “No Work No Pay” to implemented on them should not partake in the strike action.
