- Bachelor of Pharmacy B Pharm

- Provisional certificate of registration from the council

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Written application is to be sumbitted to the office of the medical director, federal medical centre, gusau zamfara state medicalworldnigeria. com within six weeks of this advertisement

Candidates are required to affix 2 passports size photograph to their application letter

Application forms hsould be obtained from the office of the secretary, Housemandship/ Internship matters at the cost of N5,000 non refundable fees

Selection interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited via sms for selection interview at federal medical center Gusau Zamfara state. Successful candidates will be expected towork at the FMC Cusau for the period of one year and are to abide by the civil service regulations and ethics of house officers/ interns
