A.    OTHER CONDITION OF SERVICE: As obtained in other Teaching Hospitals in the Federation.

 

B.   METHOD OF APPLICATION: The application forms are to be down-loaded from the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital website (www.uith.org.), pay five thousand naira (N5,000.00) non-refundable fees into UITH REVENUE ACCOUNT NO : 1790140012 at any Branch of Skye Bank and attach the Bank Teller to the form.

 

C.   SUBMISSION/CLOSING DATE: Duly completed application forms to which passports and credentials must be attached should be forwarded to:-
