Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-governmental organization supporting relief and development work in over 99 countries around the world. CRS programs assist persons on the basis of need, regardless of creed, ethnicity or nationality. CRS works through local church and non-church partners to implement its programs. Job Title: Team Lead - Hygiene Promotien and Social Mobilization
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Job Summary:
As part of the CRS integrated WASH and Shelter program the role of the Hygiene Promotion and Social Mobilization Team Leader will be to safeguard and improve the public health of the affected population and community participation as part of CRSs WASH and Shelter infrastructure programs. S/he will Line manage and train Hygiene Promotion Officers and support their management of Community Mobilizers; Lead on the development and delivery of hygiene promotion messaging and activities that suppnrt positive behavior change; Ensure that communities are informed and engaged on matters relating to WASH and shelter infrastructure; Ensure very high levels 0f accurate reporting at the field level.

Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's Degree in Community Development. Sociology, Public Health or WASH expert with proven experience ef hygiene promotion.
• Master's Degree is arc advantage. Equivalent work experiences may he considered.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with NGOs in the field of WASH and particularly in Hygiene Promotion and Social Mobilization.
• Proven Rhility to provide tech nical assistance, to and expert advice to hygiene promotion staff.
• Experience in project management, plan n i eg, supervison, quality assurance and reporting,
• Good knowledge and experience of working with local partner agencies with a capacity to provide formal and informal training.
• Demonstrated experience of integrating gender and diversity issues into public health promotion is an advantage.
• Experience managing teams,
