Following the request by the National executives of JOHESU on its members to be sensitized and mobilized for the scheduled upcoming strike action. The executives of the body visited the Uniersity of Portharcourt Teaching Hospital for the Soith-South mobilization and sensitization of members from Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa-Ibom and Cross Rivers States. The programme of events had their arrival on the 22nd of March 2018 followed by the action proper on the 23rd of March and departure on the 24th.

Following the successful compleation at UPTH, the National chairman (JOHESU) Com. Biobelemoye Josiah and the National President (NANNM) Com. Abdrafiu Adeniji visited the 92.3fm Nigeria Info radio station for an interview with host Dayo during the Hard Facts programme

The sensitization and mobilization would end at the National Hospital grounds from the 15th of April to 17th of April 2018.
