Binge Eating, Drinking
Indulging a bit here and there may not seem like a big deal, but the effects of over-eating are serious and impact multiple areas of life. Hence, there is current need for you to check what you eat and drink.

Overeating puts more than just your physical health at risk. Overeating produces emotional, psychological and physiological side effects that can dramatically compromise one’s quality of life and hope for the future.

You need help and psychological balance while trying to overcome an addiction, however, as summarized by the American Psychological Association, helping a family member or colleague to overcome an addiction is the best thing to do them, the process involves the following:

* Admitting that one cannot control one’s alcoholism, addiction or compulsion;
* Recognizing a higher power that can restore sanity;
* Examining past errors with the help of a sponsor (experienced member);
* Making amends for these errors
* Learning to live a new life with a new code of behaviour
* Helping others who suffer from the same alcoholism, addictions or compulsions.

Tips for home exercisers

Tips for home exercise:

* Challenge yourself and avoid boredom: At home, you won’t have the variety of equipment and classes that are available at a gym. So surf the Internet and browse fitness magazines. Pictures are everything. Use them as a guide for form and technique.
* Schedule your workouts: Have a plan, look at a planner and write out your exercise appointments one month in advance.
* Use a journal to track your progress and jot down any breakthroughs you may have.
* Set goals, like training for a race or losing 20 pounds
* Perhaps most important, make exercise as integral to your life as sleeping and eating.

Poor Planning
One reason so few of us achieve what we truly want is that we never direct our focus; we never concentrate our power.

To get things done, remove the tasks from your brain, write them down.

Consider your setting and calculate urgency, setting plays a small role when choosing your tasks for the day and a big role in the order you complete them during the day.

Select today’s focus list, the important tasks from your list will jump out at you, but make sure you’re calculating the true importance and self-assigned urgency of your dreams

Execute, do your list one item at a time.
