We provide psychological and counseling services, inpatient facilities/ treatment, day hospital, rehabilitation, community care etc. In addition we treat all forms of disorders related to your mental health and drug addiction.

Job Title: Medical Officer
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities:
1.) Inpatient Assessment, ward rounds and review (diagnosis, management plan medications).
2.) Liaising with consultants with regards to Inpatient and Outpatient care.
3.) Outpatient review and initial assessment.
4.) Relating with patients relatives / caregivers on present state of health and further management.
5.) Home pickups of clients/potential clients.
6.) Staff reviews on health related matters.
7.) Providing documentation as regards Health reports and discharge, summaries of clients.
8.) Attending to emergencies as regards clients (inpatient) health care.
9.) Perform managerial, research and development duties as assigned
10.) Input into the NGO – Reconnect and any additional projects that may require the post holder’s attention. (www.reconnecthdi.org/home)
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.) Minimum of MBBS
2.) Experience in patient assessment.
3.) Must have completed NYSC.
4.) Attention to detail.
5.) Good listening ability.
6.) Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
7.) Excellent relationship management.
8.) Proactive problem solving approach.
9.) Stress tolerance.
10.) High level of professionalism.
11.) Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
12.) Must have excellent interpersonal skill
13.) Proactive problem solving skill and a friendly disposition
14.) Minimum of 3 years’ experience
