The Medical Rehabilitation Therapists (Registration) Board of Nigeria established by decree 38 of 1988 now Act M9 LFN 2004 for the regulation and control of training and practice of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Clinical Audiology, Chiropractic Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Prosthetics & Orthotics professions in the health sector in Nigeria hereby notifies her teeming registrants that license renewal now has a timeline of a minimum of two (2) weeks at MRTB’s Secretariat in Lagos and four (4) weeks at the zonal/liaison offices.
This is to allow for meticulous verification and avoid unnecessary pressure from the registratnts short-listed for appointment/promotion interviews, NYSC mobilization etc.
All registrants should please note and act accordingly.
