Job Summary
General Surgeon with Strong Minimal Invasive Surgical Skills to lead development of Minimal Invasive Surgical Unit
Qualification and Skill Requirements
. A medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent)
. Qualification as a General Surgeon (FWACS, FRCS, US BC/BE or equivalent) with special interest in Minimally Invasive Surgery
. Advance Training in Minimal Invasive Surgery will be a significant advantage
Experience
A minimum of 5 years surgical experience
Key competencies and attributes:
. Excellent surgical and clinical skills and ability to show empathy
. Strong team player with proven organizational and administrative skills
. Strong Leadership skills to ensure development of world class Minimal Invasive Surgery Unit and motivate staff towards goal
. Ability to adjust to practice in a dynamic environment and practice in a computerized environment
