The Niger Delta University is set to host the Federation of African Medical Students Association (FAMSA) 31 general assembly with the theme: “Promotion of Healthy Living in Africa: The Medical Students Role”.
The historic event is an annual platform where medical students from over 30 African countries will come together to discuss health issues in Africa and proffer solutions to it. The conference slated for September this year, according to the statement made available to LEADERSHIP is organized to promote healthy living in Africa.
The chief host of the conference is the Bayelsa state Governor Seriake Dickson and the father of the day is the chairman, Traditional Rulers Council, King Alfred Spiff.
