The following observations were made:
1) The suspension of the last withdrawal of service took the intervention of the NMA ondo state and Medical elders in the state
2) The medical elders have interfaced severally with the ondo state government without achieving any success
3) From August 2016, the Government resumed payment of part of the salary arrears on monthly basis which has suddenly stopped.
4) It should also be on record that government is also currently owing six (6) months salary arrears

The above issues were extensively discussed at the meeting and subsequently the congress resolved as follows
i) That the suspended withdrawal of services should be resumed immediately
ii) That the withdrawal of services shall not be further reviewd until all outstanding arrears are fully paid

Finally, we must put on record that the failure of government to have kept to her part of the agreement necessitated the reactivation of the suspended strike
