3. Valid identification which must be one of the following
* Driver’s license
* Permanent Voter’s card
* E-Passport
* National ID Card
Note:
Only candidates who applied online @ www.ncpc.gov.ng and paid for the exam will be accredited to sit for the exam.
Medical team members who participated as Federal Medical Team members in 2013, 2014,2015 and the 2016 Easter Pilgrimage are not eligible.
