In a video posted on its facebook page, the quacks all clad in white uniforms to fool the general public boasted that in less than three weeks, using the curriculum of the mother for safe motherhood, they had learnt how to assess the gestational age of the fetus, give injections and set up infusions
The quacks who addressed themselves as student nurses of the society for safe motherhood school of nursing and midwifery in collaboration with OPM free skill acquisition noted that if a pregnant woman has amniotic fluid the fetus would not be able to lie well and would be floating!! They also wondered if there wasnt any registered nurse worshipping at the OPM or in the congregation who should have advised the OPM against training nurses without due accreditation and approval from the only regulatory body for nurses in Nigeria which is the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
