SUBJECT: PAYMENT OF DUES, CLEARANCE AND ISSUANCE OF 2017 PRACTICE LICENSE

 

Seasons’ greetings to all esteemed NOA members.

 

Please, be informed that the NOA has now employed fool-proof automated accounting system in her records, providing comprehensive and up-to-date financial details on every NOA member. The import of this development is that clear details of backlog/arrears of dues owed this association by members are now available and the picture is very worrisome! To this end, while we are encouraged to pay our 2017 dues on/before 30th December 2016 to avoid surcharges, members who are indebted to this association should make haste to clear out such to the degree of their indebtedness.

 

In addition, members indebted to their local chapters should contact their chapter chairmen and update their financial status at chapter level. ONLY members who are financially up-to-date at both national and chapter levels will be eligible for NOA clearance in order to be processed for ODORBN 2017 Practice License. Thus, for any NOA member to be issued clearance from the office of National Financial Secretary to the Board, such member is expected to have:

a. paid all national dues, arrears, and surcharges from the year of his/her membership/induction till date.

b. been duly registered, financially up-to date and cleared by his/ her chapter through the chapter chairman.
