Qualification
• Preferably female
• 45yrs - 55yrs
• Minimum of (RN) Registered Nurse and (RM) Registered Midwife
• Minimum of 7 years progressive managerial experience in a dynamic & progressive medical organisation
• Leadership capabilities in developing other and strong executive presence
• Strong interpersonal skills
POSTION OVERVIEW
• Must understand and effect clinical governace
• Responsible for organising, monitoring and coordinating the team, also ensuring that organisational goals are met
• Attractive salary with official car after a probationary period of 6 months
