When some of us try to point out the lack of benefit of #JOHESUStrikes in regards to nursing issues, a whole lot of people and various others will tend to think absurdly.
The plain truth is that we as nurses have many internal defaults that ought to be addressed and corrected first and foremost, and till date from all we have seen these strikes never had any of our issues as a priority, but we are the major players in each and every strike action so far.

1. Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs) don't go on strike just like consultants in medicine. It's a rule.
2. The issue of unconfirmed Nursing Officers (NO's) not allowed to strike has been ongoing in many institutions, I was a victim and many of us still are though we all prefer to keep mum.
But till date NANNM has failed to officially clarify what is the right thing with the various managements of these institutions.
And don't tell me they did, because as far as no official document has been issued and no enforcement in its implementation, it is just as stupid as the strike actions have always ended up.
And we would keep on getting stabbed in the backs by one of our own every single time.
