Nursingworld Nigeria has partnered with the Nigerian Society of Critical Care Nurses to hold the AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Suppport Course at its 14th National Scientific Conference and 6th Critical Care Congress which holds from 8th to 12th October 2018 at the Delta state university teaching hospital oghara in Delta state

 

 

The theme of the conference was Guided by why: New Trends with Critical Care at the Center-Nigeria are we there?

 

Mr Camil Ehigi an instructor with the organization noted that every nurse needs these special skill sets that come with trainings such as these which the ACLS offers. The training was practical oriented with the participants having good hands on practise on Intraosseous access, ACLS Megacode, Airway managment using advanced airway devices and the use of manual defibrillator
