We are pleased to pass the following basic information on the 49th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of NSN. Note that, the information is to get members and other interested participants to start planning for the conference at individual or organisation levels.

Invitation: The Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN) invites Nutritionists, Dietitians, Food Scientists and related professionals from tertiary institutions, health institutions, research institutes, government ministries and agencies, industries, organised private sector and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to its 49th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference scheduled to hold at NAF Conference Centre, Abuja.

Date: 10th to 13th September, 2019

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

We welcome abstracts that are in line with the theme and sub-themes of the conference.

Abstract should be extended, structured maximum of 2 A4 pages in accordance with the template that will be provided online in due course. Indicate the sub-theme your abstract is addressing and whether it is for oral or poster presentation. Submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee to ensure that high quality abstracts are selected for presentation at the conference. Authors will be notified of the acceptance status of their abstracts. Power point slides of presentation to be made at the conference should be submitted before conference commencement.

Authors of accepted abstracts who are interested in submitting full papers for publication in the Nigerian Journal of Nutritional Sciences (NJNS) should contact the Editor-In-Chief via [email protected] for further instructions.
