Nurses in Ondo state have called off their one month old strike following the payment of one month salary out of seven months arrears.
A text message from the state chairman was sent out to all Nurses in the state and read as follows: As a result of meeting at the instance of the state government on the issue of payment of salary. The leadership of the association want to give the govt the benefit of doubt hence the withdrawal of service is hereby suspended.
All nurses are enjoined to report for duty as from Tuesday 14TH March, 2016.
