With regerence to the advertisement on the above captioned, placed in the Guardian and Thisday Newspapapers of Thursday, June 26, 2014, all interested candidates are to note that item (xiii) on REFEREES  is NOW to read " Names and Addresses if Three (3) referees, one of whom should be in a position to attest to the Candidate's academic, professional and Managerial abilities as well as moral character and uprightnes"
