Job Description
- In and Out patient Nursing care
- Chronic patient care
- Promote preventive care by counseling patients
- Wound dressing
- Developing Nursing process around patient care
- Record diagnosis and patient treatment plans including transfers and therapeutic prescriptions
- Medication administration and monitoring patient's response to treatment
- Assisting in deliveries
