Job Description

• In and Out patient Nursing care
• Chronic patient care
• Promote preventive care by counseling patients
• Wound dressing
• Developing Nursing process around patient care
• Record diagnosis and patient treatment plans including transfers and therapeutic prescriptions
• Medication administration and monitoring patient's response to treatment
• Assisting in deliveries
