Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Identifying patient care requirements,
Establishing compassioante environment and support to patients,
Ensuring Quality Assurance and adherence to therapeutic standards,
Resolving patient probems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary standards,
Assisting Physician in providing treatment to patients,
Monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms and changes in Patient's condition,
Mainatining accurate Patients' reports and medical histories,
Prepare Patients for examination and treatment.
Requirement
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience.
