You are invited to the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) organized by the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN) as the Society continues its efforts towards improving healthcare, quality, standards and outcomes in Nigeria. The AGM will be held at the Eko Hotel Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Plot 1415 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos on Thursday, 11th October, 2018 at 3.00 p.m.

 

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

 

1)         To approve the minutes of the 7th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 11th October, 2017.

 

2)         To receive an update on the Society’s activities between October 2017 and September 2018.

 

3)         To receive the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2017 and the Reports of the Trustees and the Auditors thereon.

 

4)         To authorize the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.

 

5)         Any Other Business.

 

6)         To set the date for the next AGM.
