A suspected drug trafficker has allegedly swallowed 127 wraps of heroin, according to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
The agency commandant at Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano, Ambrose Umoru, puts the weight of the ingested drug at 2.180 kilogramme.
The commandant parades the suspect, identified as Nweke Emmanuel, before newsmen at the airport.
The drug, according to the commandant, is the highest quantity of ingested drug recorded by NDLEA in the recent time
