Notice to All Intending Attendees to the 32nd World Congress of IFBLS, Kobe
It has become neccessary to advice all intending members hoping to attend the 32nd Congress of the IFBLS holding in Kobe, Japan from 31st August - 4th September 2016, to request from the Organizers originally signed letter of invitation upon registration. This is because the Embassy of Japan will/does not accept any invitation letter generated from the internet.
