• Developing and implementing organizational safety programs
• Conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures
• Evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety-management policies
• Continually maintain an appropriate level of HSE awareness
• Coordinate training programs for employees
