Nelken Unique Laboratory situated in Warehouse Road, Apapa, Lagos State - Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the following position;
Position: Assistant Laboratory Technician
Duties/Responsibilities:
Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations;
Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses;
Preparing specimens and samples;
Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example centrifuges, titrators, pipetting machines and pH meters;
Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced;
Recording and sometimes interpreting results to present to senior colleagues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
. A qualified assistant laboratory technician
. A minimum of 1-3 years cognate experience.
. Applicant should be serious minded and passionate individuals.
. Applicant must be a registered laboratory Technician.
. Should reside close to Olodi Apapa area of Lagos state, Nigeria.
. Excellent communication skill.
. Computer knowledge is an added advantage.
