The 29-year-old woman who sparked public health fears after disappearing from hospital with a contagious condition has been found. Kayleigh McConnon was last seen at Cheltenham General Hospital at around 10pm on Tuesday - just as thousands descended on the town for the annual horse racing event.
But she was today found and is now back in the hands of medics at the hospital.
Police this morning urged the public to avoid her because of her contagious medical condition' which was described as 'not sinister' and 'normal'.

Ms McConnon, from Cheltenham, was described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, with shoulder length mousy hair.
It is believed she was wearing a coat with fur on the hood or collar.
A Gloucestershire Police spokeswoman said: 'Officers have spoken to those she had been in contact with and offered advice.'
Earlier in the day they said: 'Police in Cheltenham are trying to locate a 29-year-old woman who has been reported missing from hospital.
'Officers are concerned for her welfare and are appealing for anyone who sees her to not approach her.
'She has a contagious condition, but to call police on 101 and quote incident 42 of March 14.'
