In line with the fulfillment of campaign promises, the Pharm. Ekomobong Hanson led PSN-YPG has launched a website www.psnypg.org for the organization barely 30 days after assumption of office.
The YPG Chairman Stated this when the Group paid a Congratulatory visit to the Director General, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) Prof. Mrs Mojisola Christianah Adeyeye in Lagos yesterday.
The interactive website which is designed and developed by Young Pharmacists led by Pharm. Edifofon Akpan is a Must log-in for all Young Pharmacists and Partners.
With over 15,000 Young Pharmacists expected to sign up before February 2018, the website will link Young Pharmacists to Mentors, Jobs, Internships, Scholarships, Capacity Building programs and Trainings, Entrepreneurship opportunities, Friends and Industry Leaders. The Website will also afford Young Pharmacists an opportunity to report any incidence of Unethical practices ranging from issues of Fake, substandard and falsified medicines, Illegal premises, amongst others.
Pharm. Hanson Congratulates the Executive Council, NEC and members of YPG on this milestone achievement.
He called on Global and Local Partners especially Pharmaceutical Companies, corporate and non profit organizations to leverage on this platform to reach out to Young Pharmacists in Nigeria through advertisements, update and information sharing, noting the huge return on investment associated with such partnerships.
He thanked the President, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), His Excellency, Pharm. Ahmed I. Yakasai and the Entire PSN for the Support and Guidance to His administration within the first 30 days in office.
