Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Aesthetic Doctor / Clinical Manager

Department: Clinical Aesthetics

 

Job Summary

• The Aesthetic Nurse is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality non-surgical cosmetic procedures and skin treatments under the supervision of the Aesthetic Doctor.
• This role involves providing pre- and post-procedure care, administering selected treatments, maintaining a sterile clinical environment, and ensuring excellent client experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Patient Care:

• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures such as fillers, Botox, laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation sessions.
• Administer non-invasive procedures including facials, IV drips, LED therapy, and skin analysis as directed.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean, sterilized, and functional.
• Take and record patient vitals, medical history, and consent forms before treatment.

Client Engagement:

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery.
• Follow up with patients after procedures to ensure satisfaction and monitor healing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient queries, concerns, or complications.
• Maintain a calm, courteous, and reassuring presence to enhance client comfort and trust.

Operational & Administrative Duties:

• Keep accurate documentation of all treatments and products used.
• Maintain clinical inventory, monitor usage, and request restocking when needed.
• Ensure full compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
• Support front desk or sales team during consultations or promotional events as needed.

Training & Development:

• Stay up to date with new treatments, skincare products, and aesthetic trends.
• Attend in-house training and workshops as directed by management.
• Uphold and promote the Phoenix Derma brand through consistent service excellence.
